By using the same terminology, you've unintentionally drawn associations between what you're asking for in this game, and what people ask for - and why - in other games. That may be the common terminology for those kinds of mods, but almost every other 'nude mod' out there IS explicitly made for and by people who are trying to make their game experience hornier.
(Though I will say that I think your wording may have invited some of these misunderstandings by calling it a 'nude mod'. While it's a theoretical possibility, it's vastly more likely that you want this mod for exactly the reasons you say, and there's no reason people shouldn't take you in good faith on that when discussing this. Listen - I agree it's weird to project the idea that you're a pervert on you for wanting a mod you feel would add more realism/greater immersion on this specific game, especially since, frankly, the realism of these corpses and how actively dead they look would not turn on anyone who wasn't already a necrophiliac.
